1140 x 1. An XK140 New external Boot Lid Handle with the special Chrome Strip that inserts underneath the handle arch area. See our diagram for all additional parts to assemble this. It is recommended by the manufacturer that a new 1181 button is used with new handles for best mechanical fit. This part was originally fitted hard to the bootlid paint with no gasket. it is cast from a superior material (ZA12) which is an upgrade on the original Masak. Generally you will find it is cost effective to buy new, rather than attemp to restore originals due to the way Masak pits and requires highly intensive attention to repair properly (now a lost skill).
